I. Product Introduction

This product is an automatic colony counter integrating image acquisition, data processing and statistics. It is widely used for colony counting in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, environmental monitoring, medical health, research institutes and other fields. Adopting advanced digital image processing technology, the instrument supports fluorescent colony identification and sterilization functions, enabling fast, accurate and fully automatic counting of colonies in petri dishes, significantly improving experimental efficiency and reducing manual errors.

4. Light Source Management

This series of fully automatic colony counters is equipped with a flexible upper/lower dual light source system. Users can freely adjust the light source via software to achieve optimal imaging according to petri dish type, colony characteristics and background.

5. Calibration Function

To ensure measurement accuracy, the instrument provides reliable size calibration that converts image pixels to actual physical dimensions (e.g. millimeters), guaranteeing accurate colony diameter and area data. Both automatic and manual calibration modes are available to meet different user needs and application scenarios.
