Product Introduction
The Microbial Limit Tester (Microbial Membrane Filter) is made of stainless steel and equipped with a built-in diaphragm pump. No external suction flask is required; liquid is discharged directly through the diaphragm pump, simplifying operation and avoiding slow filtration caused by poor connections.
Working Principle
The test sample is injected into the microbial limit culture device. The built-in diaphragm pump performs vacuum filtration, retaining microorganisms on the filter membrane. The membrane is removed with a membrane lifter and placed onto prepared solid medium with the microbial side facing up and fully attached. The closed culture box is then incubated in a constant-temperature incubator for colony counting.
