Product Details

I. Product Introduction

The fluorometer is a 96‑well fluorescence quantification module specially developed for high‑throughput library preparation workstations. It can be integrated into automated workstations or used as a standalone instrument.

Equipped with dual‑color fluorescence channels, the module enables quantitative analysis of DNA, RNA and protein concentrations, supporting up to 96 samples per run.

The module supports automatic tray loading/unloading via host computer control and can cooperate with robotic arms to achieve full‑process automation, providing a reliable solution for efficient and accurate nucleic acid and protein quantification in laboratories.

Based on fluorescence detection technology, the instrument requires only 1–20 μL sample volume and achieves accurate concentration quantification with compatible quantitation reagents.

It features an open platform and is compatible with reagent kits from various brands, including Qubit™ dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, microRNA quantitation kits, as well as kits from other manufacturers compatible with Qubit™ 4.
