Product Introduction
Microbial Limit Tester (Microbial Membrane Filter) is constructed of stainless steel with a built-in diaphragm pump. No external filtering flask is required; liquid is directly discharged through the diaphragm pump, simplifying operation and avoiding slow filtration caused by poor connections.
Working Principle
The test sample is injected into the microbial limit incubator. The built-in diaphragm pump creates negative pressure for filtration, retaining microorganisms on the membrane filter. The filter membrane is removed and placed onto prepared solid medium with the microbial side facing up, in full contact. The closed culture dish is incubated in a constant-temperature incubator for colony counting.
