I. Product Introduction
The Isothermal Amplification PCR Instrument is an open detection platform based on the principle of isothermal amplification technology combined with fluorescence detection. It can be used for various isothermal amplification reactions to detect bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms at the molecular level.
Compared with existing molecular diagnostic platforms, isothermal amplification offers significant advantages and provides a cost-effective solution. Operating at a constant temperature, it enables next-generation DNA/RNA amplification in a compact, standalone and highly sensitive instrument, ideal for field testing and point-of-care testing (POCT).
The instrument supports standard 100 μL PCR reaction tubes, reducing consumable costs and ensuring easy availability.
Typical applications:Basic scientific research, pathogen detection, animal disease testing, meat product adulteration identification, GMO detection, drug development and personalized medicine, gene expression analysis, water quality monitoring, etc.
