The fully automatic nucleic acid testing device integrates nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection in one unit. When used with general magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction reagents and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR reagents, the instrument supports QPCR testing for 8 samples per run. Users only need to load the sample, with no complex operations such as tube transfer or reagent preparation required, greatly reducing manual handling.
It achieves a fully automatic "sample-in, result-out" workflow. PCR amplification and detection are performed in a sealed environment, effectively preventing aerosol contamination. As an open system, the instrument is compatible with common reagent kits on the market and can be widely used in scenarios including animal and plant disease detection and on-site rapid testing.
